TINUBU TASKS GOVERNORS ON COOPERATION
President Bola Tinubu has charged governors to foster unity and cooperation amongst the states and the federal government for effectiveness in their duties.
According to a statement by presidential media aide, Mr Dele Alake, the president gave the advice at his meeting with the governors of all the states of the country, led by Kwara state governor and chairman of the Nigerian Governor’s Forum (NGF), AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
He said “ It is my belief that to conquer our nation’s long-standing challenges such as poverty and underdevelopment, we must collaborate as occupants of one great house for the progress and well-being of our nation.”
