CCES IS EXPANDED AGENDA FOR 2024 NATIONAL FESTIVAL FOR ARTS AND CULTURE—– HON MUSAWA

The Culture and Creative Economy Summit (CCES) is a reformed and expanded version of the former pre-National Festival of Arts and Culture (NAFEST).

Recognizing the need for a broader scope, the summit agenda has now been expanded into a comprehensive dialogues and actions on leveraging the cultural and creative economy for economic growth and development.

The CCES 2024 will unveil new initiatives and cultural elements essential for the promotion of peace, unity, integrity, creativity, entrepreneurship, connectivity and all expanded economic growth.

This year marks the 54th anniversary of NAFEST and the theme for the year is “Connected Culture”

Speaking at the CCES two-day event held from 26 to 27th August in Abuja, the minister of Art, Culture and the Creative Economy Hon. Hannatu Musawa in this interview expantiates on the event.
